Running Shops

Support your local running shop! Here's a list of running shops in the general vicinity of the Katy Trail. We highly suggest that you purchase shoes and accessories from local running shops. Not all runners are alike, and not all running shoes are alike either. The experts at a running store can help determine which shoe best fits your running style, weight, stride, and budget.

Don't forget to replace your running shoes every 500 miles, or sooner. By then, the sole's inner cushioning has lost its ability to soften your foot's impact.
