My son and I stopped here on our third day of riding. The food was wonderful and they were very friendly. When we told them we were riding to raise money for Relay For Life, they fixed us up with a care package consisting of a cooler with ice, bottled water, pop and oranges. They had it delivered to the caboose aceoss the street where we were staying. One of the employees cooked breakfast for us and brought it to us at 7:00am. The breakfast was awesome. The caboose we stayed in was very nice. We left Hartsburg feeling like a couple of celebrities.

I stopped by the winery after riding from Hartsburg to Wilton and was greeted with a smile. The wine was great and there was plenty to taste! I have already recommended this winery to friends. However, bring cash because they accept cash or checks and the atm we chose to use in the local tavern was out of order!

We took a break here last week and ended up on the 6 o'clock news after being interviewed about the flooding. (My 2 minutes of fame!!) We tasted some wine and ended up riding back to Jeff City with a wine bottle where my water bottle used to be (FYI...it's a perfect fit)

A group of six of us ate here June 3rd. Excellent food, great wine. The patio is such a wonderful place to sit in nice weather. We had a great time! Whatever wine you have with your meal, end the evening with a bottle of Port and conversation. How can you go wrong?
