I have to agree with a few of the others, not worth the stop. We stayed in Augusta overnight and was told to try this place for good food and beer. We went down late afternoon and they were out of everything except about two things. Apparently ordering food for the resteraunt wasn't high on the list. Beer was average at best. Service was terrible. Only 6 customers in the whole place and still couldn't hardly get a beer. I know that we won't be back there. If you are looking for a meal go a few more blocks up the hill to Cafe Bella!

I would have to disagree with the review of the Augusta Brewing Co. I live in Augusta and ride the trail often. The Brewery has the best food in town and if you like "Crafted beer" this is the place to go. As for the service depending on the time of day it can be slow, during peak hours it is better.

Just went there. Partly to see if comments were accurate. I walked up to the bar, was greeted in turn, received my beer and went to a table to wait for my sandwich(a delicious smoked brisket that was all meat). I had only begun my first beer when the food arrived. Now it is August and I had just ridden thirty miles so that first beer didn't last long. There must have been 40 other customers there so not like I was the only one they had to take care of. As to the glass of stout that I had. I had more.

the Augusta Brewery is a great destination for craft brews and food also! I have been there several times in the last few years and have had a very fun time on a consistent basis! The beer is always fresh and tasty and always a large selection. The owner has another restaurant/ brewery in Soulard is very experienced... The view is very nice overlooking the valley and fields below!
