Cannot remember the name of a large restraurant/brewery on the Katy trail near Easley. I believe it was very close to the 9 mile trail from Katy to Columbia? HELP!

The closest thing I can think of to your description is Les Bourgeois Winery in Rocheport. I'm no aware of any breweries along the trail in that stretch. Flat Branch brewery is in Columbia rigt at the end of the spur.

This place was a large restaurant and it had a good sized hill you climb to get up to it with some type of old water tank in the front?

Mark, maybe your were wine or beer buzzed and it was at another location? Probably in Columbia? Not good to ride and buzz at the same time, dude. I take phone pics to help me remember.

Climbing the hill from the trail sounds like the Les Bourgeois just south of Rocheport. Easley has the Cooper's Landing campgrounds, store, Thai Kitchen, and river view.
