Can anyone tell me where junctions (sidings?) "Prairie Lick" and "Beaman" were? I have several train orders dated 1902. One of them lists meets at these (2) locations. The orders were issued from Sedalia, MO.

Darrell from Jefferson City, Mo. on 10/12/2013 5:31:47 AM:
The community of Beaman is about 5 or 6 miles east of Sedalia on the trail, I can't bring Prairie Lick to mind, been there but can't remember where it is along the trail. Someone will.

Prairie Lick is about 6 miles east of Pilot Grove. Click on Pilot Grove in the map above and there is a link to Prairie Lick at the top. Searching this site or the web might produce some info too.
