We stayed at the Brick Inn B&B on the night of October 20, 2013. Art picked us up on the other side of the river as the bridge is not safe for bike travel. He was waiting for us with cold water and a banana when we arrived at the Dutzow trail head. He gave us a tour of the town before arriving at the B&B and recommended several good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and it was also very quiet--made for a good night's sleep after our final day on the Katy Trail. The breakfast was spectacular--very attractively served and delicious. We were taking the AMTRAK back to our starting point of Sedalia and Art offered to transport our bikes the short distance to the train station, but we decided to ride since it was a short down-hill ride to the station. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone riding the Katy Trail.
