Stayed here Oct. 2, 2015. Wife and I had a great time here. The B&B is quiet, tasteful, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Art gave us good advice on a restaurant. We slept great. In the morning, a carafe of good strong coffee was placed outside the room. Next time we're staying in Washington, we'll probably stay here. By the way, we stayed in the King room, and it was the cheapest B&B room in Washington that we could find. We had our car and were riding the trail out and back both Friday and Saturday. If you need to get picked up from the Katy Trail with your bikes, that costs $20, which I think is worth it, since the bridge across the river looks dangerous for cyclists.
