Had a chance to ride from St. Charles to Hermann today, July 20. After the thunderstorm last night, there was lots of leaves and small limbs down. A few large limbs down as well, but only 2 that required a dismount/step-over. They may well be cleaned up by this evening. All-in-all the trail was in good shape. HOT and MUGGY morning, but its always good to get some time on the KATY.

Can I ask how long it took? Ride one way? I'm trying to get an idea how long trips generally take. I'm handicapped and on a trike, but think this route will be my next adventure.
