Has the bridge on the Research Park Greenway passable since it was damaged?

I checked it out a week ago (Sept 30) and it was not passable. The bridge is still unrepaired, and blocked off with that orange plastic fencing which you cannot get through or over. It looked like a few people may have walked around the bridge, but to do that, you would need to wade across the creek while carrying your bike. The creek is not all that wide, but too wide to jump across (plus that would not be a good "leave no trace" kind of action).
