The only option that I know of in Pilot Grove is Katerina's. Last time I was there, the bar and grille looked to be out of business. There's also Casey's pizza (a convenience store).

Katerina's closes at 2:00 pm last time I went through there. So don't plan on late supper. The lady who owned it before her also closed at 2:00 pm.

Deon's Bar and Grill opens at 10AM daily (except Sunday) and is open late Wednesday through Saturday. I was just there FEB11. Chili cheese tots and a Bud for under $7.
