We stayed in Pilot Grove on our Katy Trail trip in early April 2017 and just wanted to leave a note about the restaurants there. Be aware that Katrinas closes after lunch and Deon's isn't open on Mondays (the day we were there). We ended up getting pizza and drinks at Caseys which was actually very good! We also found out later that Jerry at Katy Junction B&B where we stayed (loved it) will fix you dinner if you work out arrangements with him ahead of time. He's a fantastic cook so we'll do that next time.
