I just saw that Coopers Landing has been sold and will have a new owner. Cooper has helped me out on more than one occasion. Sad to see him sell the place, but sounds like the new owner has plans for the place that will keep it going. Hope they keep the Thai place open- love that place!

From reading the article, the new owners want to clean the place up....tidy up a bit. That's a good idea. It never looked very inviting to us. More of an eyesore than anything. Only stopped there once and found more rudeness than helpfulness. Maybe it just wasn't my thing.

New owners are wanting to be bike friendly and seem to realize the draw from the Katy. Thanks to them for that. Am always willing to support local businesses when they seem to appreciate my $$.

Well wishes to the new owners.
