Yesterday afternoon I encountered a person on a motorbike on the trail just east of the Family Arena in St. Charles. He had to be doing 35 or better coming around the curve headed west. When I saw the dust cloud I was approaching, I at first thought it was from the construction vehicles crossing the trail there. There were quite a few young kids in that area and the sight distance was virtually nil. Not sure where he got on or got off. Very foolish stunt.
