As far as I can tell, this place is just a cutesy "antique" store, and not any kind of grocery store.

I guess it depends on your definition of "grocery." I have gotten some immediately consumable foods from there, both liquid and solid. I would not limit it to dry goods only. I normally stop in there after I end at the Dutzow trailhead.
