Is this location open or closed? The website is for sale and I tried to call the number listed and it was not answered, It rolled over to another line to leave a message. Google says Permanently Closed

And thanks for the heads-up on this one, definitely out of business so I have removed the listing. Sadly we will probably see many small business shut their doors after the challenges of the past year.

Thanks Ray! You do an awesome job keeping the site updated and if we all take a minute to let you know what has closed, it will benefit all of us.

This bike shop's website says, simply, that it's closed due to COVID.

I was riding the entire Katy Trail by myself & ended up w/ a flat tire, among other bike related issues that were above my level of expertise (which is basically zero, lol). I called BikeHermann after hours (on a Saturday!) & the OWNER answered the phone & volunteered to drive to me (since I was carless/bikless) to replace my tire as well as bring me a spare in the event I got another one. Now THAT'S service! He was friendly, professional & very fairly priced. In all honestly, I would've happily paid much, much more as I was really in a pickle. It's refreshing to see a business owner who is still passionate about their business & interested in providing good customer service.

Jennifer, how long did it take you to ride the entire trail? Im hadicapped and on a trike so I'm slower than most.

Thanks for any info.

My husband and I just finished it easily in 6 days. We averaged 40 miles per day but rode 55 miles ones of the days. We are not very fast....probably averaged 10 or 11 mph each day. Hope that helps. Definitely gorgeous and we'll worth the ride.
