Cinco de Mayo in Windsor

Had a great Saturday evening meal at Cinco de Mayo after about 50 miles on the trail. It was only a few blocks east of the trailhead. The food was good, and the service was great. I pounded down quite a bit of water, and the pleasant staff kept the glass and the chip bowl full! I would definitely stop here again.

Being from Dallas where some of the best Mexican food can be found, I was a bit skeptical that finding good Mexican food in a small Missouri town might be questionable. However, I was wrong. They have a rather large menu and both the dishes I my traveling companion had were very good.
