There is not an outside drinking fountain at Marthasville; however, the bathroom has sink with a tall facet to fill water bottles.

FYI, south of the Marthasville TH there are ballfields and under the main pavillion there is an outside drinking fountain with cold water.

There is an outside drinking fountain in Dutzow which isn't too far and one can reload water supplies there.

Just south of the trail in Marthasville, past ball fields is a gas station, where you can get whatever you need. Dutzow cafe will fill up your bottle with ice and water for a small fee.
