Anyone know if the trail sustained any damage from the microburst June 2 in Kansas City area?

Are you referring to the rock island spur or the Katy. I have never seen any serious damage on the Katy and have ridden it 5 times. It drains very well and goes right back to hard pack. If you are on it after a heavy rain expect the trail to be a bit soft. The rock island on the other hand gets very mushy and stays that way for longer for some reason

FYI a micro burst would be a very localized thing as far as wind damage if any. Worst case there might be some limbs on the trail but nothing you couldn't get around. The state cleans them up fairly quickly during the week

Key part of the coumpound word...micro.

Very very small burst. Probably not reaching eastward to the trail.
