What do you all think, will businesses, especially restaurants along the Katy be "open" after Memorial Day along the trail? I say open in quotes because I know there will still be social distancing efforts, but I'd love to still support them even if it means calling it in and eating it outside. Sounds like a lot of the more rural counties in MO are planning to phase things open as early as the first week of May, so might bode well for some of our planned trips.
