Like others I had planned for this year but postponed till 2021. My route will start in st Louis to Kansas on the Katy, then to Joplin and back on ACA Route 66 to st Louis.

I had made a few state park reservations and cancelled but I recently read on ACA that MO state parks now have no turn away policy for hiker.bikers. can anyone confirm this?

Your best bet would be to contact the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The state parks are under their jurisdiction and they could best tell you their policy.
