Is the trail open from Weldon Springs to Augusta? Wasn’t sure with all the rain.

We rode Weldon Spring to Defiance yesterday and there were many people on the trail while we didn't go all the way to Augusta, I would think that it's open. I did read a Missouri River flooding information and the only place for flooding reported is east of St Charles, toward Machens.
