Potable water at Trailheads

My wife and I will be traveling later this month end to end. We are interested to know if the water fountains and restrooms are operating at the trailheads. Thanks for any information.

The water fountains are turned off, but the restrooms are open at all trailheads and you can fill up small water bottles using the sink spigot.
