I don't know if this means the pedestrian bridge will be closed for 10 weeks or 9 months. Either is unacceptable.
"The total project is expected to take nine months, but most of the work will be off the roadway. There is a ten-week period with work on the roadway, but the lane and ramp closures will happen at night. The pedestrian bridge will be closed during the work."
