There is no designated campsite, no registration, no fee. We camped by the large pavilion at southwest corner of the park nearest the Katy Trail. There are toilets here, but they were locked at the time of our 10/09/20 (time of Covid) visit. We used the pit toilet & water spigot at the trailhead (100 yds away). The pavilion's lights and power were inactivated and we could find no other power source. The local grocery and restaurant had closed (maybe permanently). There is a convenience store north out of town. I was told that the road conditions are risky. The road quiets down after dark. There is a VFW Club just north end of the park where you can get a drink. That will generate some late night noise.
