Is the trail rideable with all this rain? I am looking to take my wife out this Saturday while it isn't raining. We don't care if the bikes get dirty, but wanted to make sure it is actual rideable. Probably only putting in 20 miles.

It is likely to be softer than many riders would like. Coming out of winter, the trail has not had a chance to dry out to a hard pack like it does in May/June. Wider tires would be suggested, and pedaling might require a little more effort. But anything beats staying indoors yet another weekend! :)
