I hope this isn't considered off topic...I am riding Katy east to west in mid-May, then returning to St Charles via ACA Route 66. I see a couple of options to head north back onto the Katy trail around Weldon Springs. Any route I chose seems to be around 53 miles with one or 2 climbs. I'm more concerned about traffic issues.

Suggestions and advice regarding these options?
State Hwy O
State Hwy O via Allerton Road back to Katy
NE to Katy via Hwy 100, joining around Washington
