Great news. They are actively working on the slide at mile marker 117. I took a couple pics here of the work as of 1044 today

Yes, very good news. We went through on May 20. There was a lot of heavy equipment there and they had cleared the trail. It’s a little muddy but smooth for about 200 yards.
We rolled through at about 7 mph without any mud sticking to the bike. Heavy loads might bog.
