Cicada's on the trail

We will be on the rock island spur on the 25th dropping into Windsor and then down the KATY to saint Louis. We were curious if the cicada's are busy doing those cicada business?? If so, any real problem areas?? I know they are just bugs but my gosh, they are big and creepy!!


Can't wait to see Missouri.

Usually they stay in the trees. Seems like they don't start singing until around August 1. Then you know that summer is almost over.
