How do I find out of the trail of closed due to flooding in the Defiance area? MU daughter came in town last spring, arrived at the trail, and then we found out it was flooded. Any help would be appreciated.

DNR maintains a Trail Advisory Map online. However, in your case, best to follow this link....https://mostateparks.com/page/58843/potential-flood-locations , which shows that the Weldon Springs area begins flooding when the St. Charles Guage is at 31 feet. That page also provides a link to the river level data at the St. Charles Guage, showing a current crest at 29 feet, so it should be open now. However, would not take much more rain to push that above 31 feet.
