We will be riding the Katy Trail Sunday Sept 12 - Friday Sept 17.
We will be in Rocheport Sunday night and had planned on Abigail's for dinner but have learned they are unfortunately closed for business.

We will have a support vehicle so plan to drive into Columbia for dinner. Any recommendations for fun dinner spot for small group (5) that is open on Sunday evenings?

If you like beer we ate at the Flat Branch Pub and Brewery last night. Sat outside and enjoyed ourselves.

I suggest Pappo’s Pizza for scratch made food with high quality ingredients plus over 30 beers on tap. It’s on the south side of Columbia, is a 25 minute drive and meets your criteria. They also have a patio. I spent about five days in COMO back in May for a fire class and intended to eat at a neighboring restaurant. That restaurant was closed for staffing issues and I decided to try Pappo’s and was glad I did. As another writer suggested, Flat Branch is really good, however college is in session so I don’t know if that will make it hard to get in…..they were super busy in May when I went after Mizzou students had gone home….it’s in the downtown area.
If you like this sort of thing, I suggest a fire station visit in Rocheport. They now have a resident firefighter who gives good, knowledgeable station tours. Pete was my EMT instructor back in 1993 in Kansas City.
