Perfect setting steps from the Katy. My wife and I were riding full length. I thought it was an awesome place, house, and property. More importantly, my wife loved it-- clean, thoughtfully decorated and appointed, super soft sheets, stepped in to blasting A/C from hot day on trail, nice shower, laundry. Would go back even if not riding Katy.
