What is the best bike route from St Charles to St Louis Arches / Amtrak train station.

google maps will give you 2 routes take the south route did that last november 7 at 4 in the morning got to the train station by 7am,nice ride on a lot of bike trails and nice areas the north route goes thru ferguson just saying.
