Called today to ask about a tent site. They no longer offer camping. No reason given.

Hartsburg offers FREE camping at their Volunteer Park or their baseball park just south of town. Some set up their tents inside our gazebo, on the floor, or beside the bldg. We will always find a place for you.

Beware of local boys on bikes tearing up the bathroom by plugging the toilets with toilet paper rolls and greasing the toilet seats with hand sanitizer. Also a man and woman going down to the ball field in the middle of the night and dancing to loud music. I wont camp there again.

Sorry you had a bad experience in Hartsburg; your description does not sound like a usual night in Hartsburg. Furthermore your experience has no connection what so ever to the Globe Hotel Bed and Breakfast.
