I just finished up a 6 1/2 day solo ride from the KC Amtrak Station to the SL Amtrak Station. Did the entire Rock Island and entire Katy trails and crafted my own routes from the KC station to Truman Sports Complex and from Machens to the SL station crossing over the Mississippi at Alton and then back to the MO side at the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. I posted pics and narrative on X/Twitter (you don't need an account) @christensen_mr. If you have questions email me at christensen_mr@live.com. I had an absolute blast, met tons of fun people, had great food, etc. and stayed at some nice B&Bs.
