Easy on and off the trail with a very short road ride on wide shoulders (smooth pavement is such a treat). Loaded up on water and Gatorade as well as a surprising roast beef sandwich. Roast beef was actual hot roast beef like you might have with Sunday dinner. Really hit the spot.
