bike shop in Hartsburg?

I was reading the Katy Trail Guide book to familiarize myself with the services along the trail. The book says there is the Cycle Depot in Hartsburg but the website does not list it. Does anyone know?
I plan to ride the trail the week of June 11, is the trail still effected by the flooding?

They've moved to much higher ground. In Jefferson City on the other side of the river.
