There is a Starbucks at the intersection of Fifth Street & Booneslick - just west of the Trailhead in St. Charles. Also, along Main Street there is a local coffeehouse - Picasso's that offers some light breakfast options. I'm sure there is more, but those are two pretty reliable, cheaper options. Good luck.
