Has anyone ever noticed 3 individuals on bikes between north jefferson and Hartsburg that seen a little out of place. Last time I ran across them they had a cooler mounted to the bike, them seem to like to stop at the pinic table. Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with them, I have not but wondering if I need to be a little cautious. Thanks, Ron
