An oasis from the Katy Trail. After hiking for 18 miles, we were thrilled to find Jeanette with her open door inviting us in earlier than check in time. Our beds were very comfortable with crisp linens. Having a sink in your room is a real plus. The breakfast was great for those of us who were hiking & biking the trail. I should have taken one of those homemade muffins she offered for later. Jeanette even offered to have breakfast long before normal hours to accommodate her guests. The cats stay to themselves and are never a bother. I would certainly stay here again. We are fortunate to have a B&B at this location on the Katy Trail and an owner who is so pleasant and accomodating.
