Does anyone know if Steamboat Junction is open? Will be passing through there this summer on a thru hike (yes walking the KT) and would like to stay there.

They were last fall, but every time I talk to the owner she talks about closing. You might call before you start walking.

If Steamboat Junction isn't open, about 200 yards further is Rendleman's B&B and campground.
