Lovely hotel and beautiful restoration. Came for dinner at Glen's Cafe because of article in Rural Missouri magazine. A real treat. Too bad the experience was sullied by the very drunk general manager who accosted every guest that came through the door. Pity.

I am the General Manager of the Hotel Frederick. Seems to me that whoever wrote this message was mistaken, as I was out of town on the 20th of May. Perhaps he was drunk and misunderstood.

More likely it was a person who, under the influence, THOUGHT they were the general manager. How funny!
We had a great stay here Memorial Weekend 2008 and the food at Glen's was great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with our bikes, etc. They really cater to us Katy Riders!
