Ok, so i've found dog friendly lodging in the following towns:
Clinton, Sedalia, Boonville, Huntsdale, Fulton (getting shuttle to and fro), Hermann, and St. Charles

NOW i'm looking for lodging somewhere between Fulton and Hermann and Hermann and St. Charles.

We'll be biking about 55 miles in one day between the Huntsdale/Fulton leg, so i'd prefer these to be a bit shorter. Any thoughts?????
