A group of co-workers and did the trail from St.Charles to Clinton on Sept. 17, 18 and 19, 2009 the weather was great and the trail was in great shape, a few rough spots but nothing that couldn't be traveled. We were able to average about 12.2 mph with very effort. There were many interesting sites along the way (especially all the walnuts to dodge)and folks along the very friendly and helpful. We had support vehicles along and traveled with carrying little on the bikes. 5 members of the group rode the entire trip. Great Time!!!
