The park is called Volunteer Park (for all the people from 32 states who helped rebuild Hartsburg after the 1993 flood). We have had several weddings in the gazeebo and they have turned out well. I used this email address today, and it was not a current email address for the mayor of Hartsburg. The respondant said he was not connected with Hartsburg or the KT.
