I'm headed down to Columbia tomorrow for a meeting at 4. I'm planning on getting in my Friday 10-mile run on a portion of the Katy Trail (probably a total of ten miles so a 5 mile spot). From what I'm reading, it would be easiest and the most scenic to stop in Rocheport and run that next five miles. Is that the best thing to do? Thanks!
