My wife & I toke 2 other couples to glens Friday 6-3-11 We ordered food & waited 2hr.& 20min. asking several times what the problem was! when we got the food it was good. After dinner we asked to talk to the manager (Steve Cup) we were told the waitress lost the ticket. and if we were not happy don't tip her As it has not the restaurants fault! We were more disappointed In the lack of management than the wait!
