Plan on a ride to McKittrick-Hermann from Columbia MKT & back. Most likely on 8/19 returning the 21st. Was wanting to leave at around 3 a.m. to beat the heat, is it legal to ride during nighttime hours??

State park hours are sunup to sundown. And riding at night is too safe on the trail.

Your talking about doing a 150+ mile ride. I wouldn't want to be riding the pace you're going to have to do in the dark.
