We are planning a bike trip from Jefferson City to Herman. Can you tell me how the trail is between those points-hilly or relatively flat? Thanks!

Flat as it gets other than the few feet from the trail to get on to Hwy 19 and then the bridge over the Missouri River. They don't amount to 100 feet of elevation combined.
