Longest day has 14 hrs, 52 minutes of daylight. Don't know how much time you will want to take throughout the day to rest, but if you figure 13 hours in the saddle, you'll have to average 18-19 mph.

When I rode from Jeff City to St. Charles I ran about a 17 mph average and man was I whipped. Thats less than half the distance your planning. A one day end to end Katy ride will put you in an elite group. Good luck !
