Hi my awesome Katy Trail Customers. As the season is coming upon us I want to let you know that Lazy Brush Ranch is for sale. If you make a reservation no more than 3 weeks ahead of time you can be sure that your reservation will be fulfilled. You can make a reservation earlier than that, in which case I will call and confirm it 3 weeks ahead. I really hope that someone will buy it that has a heart for the Katy Trail and would want to keep it as a B&B.
